COCKTAILS & RECEPTION
Designed to host celebrations that feel both elevated and inviting, the reception spaces at Loblolly Rise blend modern elegance with timeless Southern charm. The white barn, accented with black details and offering over 5,000 square feet of event space, creates a refined backdrop for unforgettable cocktail hours and wedding receptions beneath the pines. Inside, guests are welcomed by chandelier lighting, flowing white drapery, soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and polished concrete flooring that effortlessly complements a wide range of wedding styles — from classic and romantic to modern and editorial.
Just outside, the front lawn glows beneath strands of Edison and bistro lighting, creating a warm and atmospheric setting for cocktails, outdoor dining, dancing, and late-night celebrations under the stars. The property also features a peaceful pond near the ceremony and reception areas, adding to the natural beauty and relaxed estate feel of the venue.
The rear addition of the barn includes thoughtfully designed amenities for both guests and vendors, including a private groom’s quarters, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a spacious catering prep kitchen complete with a commercial refrigerator, oven, three-bay sink, prep space, and an additional outdoor utility sink with ample room for grills or fryers if desired. A commercial-size ice maker is also available for catering and bartending services.
For couples planning an extended wedding weekend, the barn may also serve as a beautiful option for rehearsal dinners and welcome gatherings. Additional features include spacious guest parking and ample room for tented celebrations should your event design call for expanded outdoor entertaining.

At Loblolly Rise, each ceremony setting was intentionally designed to offer its own unique atmosphere while remaining effortlessly convenient for both you and your guests. All three ceremony locations are situated just steps from the barn and bridal getting-ready spaces, allowing for a seamless flow throughout the wedding day while preserving the elevated, intimate feel of the property.
The Oak Tree is our signature and most requested ceremony location. With its sweeping canopy and timeless Southern charm, it creates a romantic focal point for exchanging vows. A ceremony arch is included with your rental and may be styled to reflect your vision with elegant draping, floral installations, or custom design elements.
For couples desiring a more personalized ceremony backdrop, the Pine Tree offers a striking and naturally refined setting. Known for its grand scale and distinctive character, this location is ideal for those planning to incorporate a custom altar, floral structure, or statement ceremony installation.
The Pond ceremony site offers a serene waterfront setting with soft natural views and an atmosphere that feels both peaceful and romantic. The reflection of the water combined with the surrounding landscape creates a beautiful backdrop for an unforgettable ceremony experience
THE BRIDAL COTTAGE
The Bridal Cottage is a destination all its own — a thoughtfully designed, air-conditioned retreat created for a calm and luxurious start to your wedding day. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept space layered with elegant white décor, oversized mirrors, a cozy lounge area, king-size bed, dining space, full private bathroom, and kitchenette. Every detail was curated to create a bright, elevated atmosphere perfect for getting ready, sipping champagne with your bridal party, and soaking in every unforgettable moment before you walk down the aisle.
THE GROOMS QUARTERS
The Groom’s Quarters offers a relaxed yet refined space designed for the guys to unwind and prepare for the day ahead. Featuring comfortable lounge seating, rustic touches, climate-controlled comfort, and plenty of room to gather, it’s the perfect place to share a drink, watch the game, straighten ties, and enjoy the final moments before the ceremony begins. Thoughtfully designed with both style and comfort in mind, the space creates an effortless experience for the groom and his groomsmen from start to finish.
